When adjusting this setting, always make sure that it is a multiple of the layer height, otherwise Ultimaker Cura will round it up to a multiple of the layer height. WebOct 18, 2024 · With power off try pushing the nozzle around and see if it moves before the stepper moves. Usually play is caused because the belts are loose or the friction is very high. On an Ultimaker style gantry, put the print head in a corner and pluck the belts and they should be around 100Hz. But that is not the primary problem. WebNov 30, 2024 · Posted November 30, 2024 · "Infill before walls" doesn't seem to work... Make sure "travel optimization" is turned off. I think when this is on it will ignore "infill before walls". I could be wrong. But it won't help your print much. You have severe overhangs. You need some kind of support.

WebLet it lay down a few layers to make sure you see the issue then use the tune menu to change flow to 102%. Let it do a few layers to see if you still have an issue. If you do, bump up the flow again to 104%. Keep doing that until you no longer see gaps between the walls. Then you can change the Cura setting for future prints.
