WebScrotal sebaceous cyst is whitish, yellowish or skin-coloured nodule and vary in size. They are usually the size of a pea. They occur singly or in groups. When multiple they fill up the entire scrotal skin and appear like a cauliflower or a bunch of grapes. What are the symptoms of sebaceous cysts? The cysts are usually painless. WebI (M20) can’t really tell if what I’m feeling is an actual lump, or if it’s just a pocket of veins. It seems to move around, but it feels kind of firm and asymmetrical which is really concerning to me. It’s on the back side of the testicle where there are a lot of veins if that makes sense.
