It includes an overview of the DTS and Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO) website, resources, and training guides. Webcontrol personnel, travel authorizing officials, purchase card and centrally billed account (CBA) approving officials, and other personnel in equivalent positions. For example, a traveler’s supervisor could be a travel authorizing and a official CO. See paragraph for 3.4 CO training requirements and section 4.0 for policy on appointments.
