WebScrum Sprints always have a fixed duration dictated by time, usually two weeks. In contrast, with Scrumban, you can be more flexible about when those meetings take place. For example, you may decide that a planning meeting only needs to be called if the number of work items in your Sprint Backlog or Ready column drops below a certain threshold. WebWith one-week sprints, a new team can get through the learning curve in three to six weeks. Choosing two-week sprints will double the amount of time needed to climb up that learning curve.
